VULCAN :Oman 2010 World Fireworks Championships


The Hong Kong based pyrotechnics company VULCAN was the first competitor at the Oman World Fireworks Championship 2010.

The championship is the biggest and most wonderful fireworks competition in the world. It is part of the 40th National Day Celebrations of the Sultanate of Oman, and the hugest fireworks competition ever held in the Middle East. Coming from Europe, Asia, Australasia and the Americas, six of the world's very best pyrotechnic production companies put their skills, artistry and technological know-how to the test, as they battle it out for the coveted Champion's Trophy.

Vulcan was founded in 1974, Vulcan specialize in producing their own fireworks for their world-renowned pyrotechnic displays. Their expertise in firework production means Vulcan are always on the cutting edge of new firework technologies. Having performed displays all over the world, and with some impressive trophies to their name, Vulcan pride themselves on making each individual display as entertaining and as memorable as possible.
